“I am pleased with the product I bought. Communication was very good. Delivery was slower than I would have hoped although within the 5 day timeframe they had quoted. I guess Living in the age of nextday and same day deliveries from huge global companies has warped my expectation of delivery timeframes as 5 days seemed too long!”

“Ordered 31V transformer to replace a failed unit on an outdoor decoration just before Christmas. Arrived next day. Was the only one I could find which was compatible; although very slightly lower current rating (194 vs 220 mA) it works perfectly. I've ordered a second as a spare. Great service every time. Great value too.”

“Excellent customer service and care..... my delivery was reported as being signed for by me whilst I was actually at work, there was no card left for me by the carrier and so I had no idea what had happened to the package however on contacting Lights4fun I was immediately reassured and a duplicate order was dispatched (using a different carrier to deliver!). The replacement order arrived 48 hours later and just in time for Christmas- such a pleasure to find a company that deals with problems with efficiency and warmth. I’ve previously been a bit reluctant to buy from Lights4fun because of the delivery charges but I will definitely be buying from them now - good customer care is worth an extra couple of pounds on your purchase.”

“The net lights looked great until they both stopped working after a few days - bit disappointing as they broke just before Xmas, so didn't look very good for our guests. But due to some excellent customer service, a prompt refund and replacements were sorted, so hopefully they'll look better next year!”
