“Always good quality and sent promptly. Unfortunately the order was wrong, but as soon as I contacted them the missing item was dispatched promptly with no query. Then they followed up to ensure everything was OK. Great.”

Hello Pat, Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you haven't received your parcel. You selected the option of Airmail as the delivery option to France which takes 10 days and doesn't offer any tracking information unfortunately so we can't investigate with them as to where your parcel is. What we have done is arranged for a replacement parcel to be dispatched and we've sent it DPD so it will be with you in the next 2-3 days. There is full tracking information available with this delivery service. We hope you love your new lights when you receive them! Kindest regards, Chloe

“I am so pleased with my purchase (Star curtain lights, string of star battery lights and Moroccan sting lights). Really good value for money, and staff dealt very quickly with a slight problem I had with the suckers for the curtain lights. I was so impressed with the customer service department. Thank you”

“I bought the Osby star light bundle which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the cable on the smaller star was damaged and on contacting Lights4Fun I was sent an immediate replacement. Can't fault the customer service.”

“I needed some more lights for my hall so looked through the latest on my wwphone. I chose the beautiful roses that give a warm glow . I am delighted with them and so reasonable. Also the delivery was so quick. I have bought a lot of lights from Lights4fun giving them as gifts which always are well received.”

“We purchased lights just before Christmas but unfortunately, they didn't work. However, we were very pleased with the response from lights4fun as they replaced the lights and also the batteries we had purchased. The second set worked immediately and are high quality. They are now packed away ready for next year.”

“I love these lights. They were delivered within a couple of days and as a customer I was updated on its delivery. They are really subtle looking and the green wiring blends in nicely with the garden bush and fencing. I would recommend this company to other. Not over priced either.”
