Lights4fun have an amazing customer service department which I have contacted a number of times now and they have been extremely pleasant and helpful. They have sent out a whole set of lights when the ones I received did not work at all and have since sent out new batteries to put in the other lights when they stopped working. However, the batteries are not the problem, I now have 4 sets , all the same, of lights for my garden and only one of them works. They worked for a short time after I bought them and then stopped when the winter came but have not started again! I am very disappointed as I love the small bursts of lights but one set working out of 4 is just not good enough, Sorry, Ellen Wilson

They all worked fine for approx. 3 days then 1no 5m run went faulty

Service and product was 1st class. I was however a little disappointed that I ordered lights with green cable but received white. I decided to keep them as I thought it would be too much hassle to send them back.

These have been purchased for a family wedding in the summer so we have only opened about 6 packets. Out of these, one wasn't working at all. We haven't checked the others but will nearer the time (June). They are exceptionally pretty though and give a beautiful light.

They are ok. Anyone purchasing these needs to understand they are not bright. The wattage tells you that. I put a better battery in to last longer, 2100 instead of 600mAh.

Prompt delivery well packaged, the lights fit well under the kitchen cupboards and were easy to fit. Only criticism I have is the lights just aren't bright enough, but that might be my fault for ordering the wrong ones??

Not totally happy or impressed. Ordered 4 lights (small, movement sensitive) and only two worked. Customer service was brilliant as they immediately replaced the two faulty ones. But only one of the replacements works properly. The other one is intermittent. So - at least 3 and half out of four work.

Delivery took a while in the beggining wrong size of item recieved but after opening a paypal dispute a manager called and gave a refund was dealt with professionally by the manager unhappy with the original phone advisor as she wasnt helpful

They were lovely lights but they kept flickering on &'off which meant the connection was not right, also the plastic battery cover snapped when trying to get the lid off.... so all in all not very good

One light works the other one does not switch off on auto,not worth the money to send back the faulty one,I will just put the faulty one in the bin

I've marked as acceptable since there was good communication via email. On the downside the web-site stated the lights I ordered were for indoor or outdoor, when they arrived however the manufacturer instructions stated recommended for outdoor use but not indoor. The returns procedure is okay but it does cost a lot to return as they are heavy items. I suppose the returns are not free to prevent people just ordering to see the items with little intention of keeping the items, but it is a bit annoying when the web-site description is inaccurate and this caused the return!

I liked that way you dealt with things and the cheery emails. I am sorry that 3 of the 18 lights did not work when the tabs were pulled. Thought you ought to know.

I love the led christmas tree lights i ordered, however I thought I had ordered a garland with lights for my bannister but when the parcel came there was no garland, just lights. I found the product image very misleading and wouldn't have bought just the lights by themselves otherwise.
