“After first ordering a item which didn’t arrive and disappeared which was ‘Hermes’ fault, I got in contact with customer service or got a replacement item sent out to me next day. They were incredibly helpful and polite and the product is very nice!”

“I love lights4fun. Their lights are fab, customer service excellent. Strongly recommend. My latest purchase of white star lights are gorgeous. I ordered 4, unfortunately on arrival 1 was broken. I contacted customer services and got a telephone reply in 20 minutes. A replacement arrived within 2 days. Amazing customer service.”

“We ordered 7 diferent sets of lights and absolutely delighted with all of them. The only problem is when there is no sun the solar ones struggle but so beautiful when the sun shines. Some of them will left over in Spain so we won't have aproblem there.”
