“I ordered 2 sets of outdoor festoon lights one set had a bulb that would only work intermittently. I contacted lights4fun customer services with a picture and I had a response back the following day they sent me out a new set which I received the following day after that email!! New set are perfect. Very happy with the products & the fast & friendly response from the customer service team. Great company, highly recommend.”

“Ordered 2 sets of LED rope lights, one set was perfect, but the other set was not working correctly, spoke to customer service, a new set was despatch, recieved next day fantastic company to deal with. Thanks Kevin Rose”

“I've used Lights4Fun for years and love their prompt service, fast delivery to Jersey and enormous range of lights for all occasions. This time around I loved their new, swishy website which made the whole process a Pinterest-inspired dream. I recently purchased two sets of festoon carnival outdoor lights which has given us a sparkly patio for relaxing, entertaining and enjoying on warm summer evenings. (If you find a way to increase those too, that would be fabulous!) Thank you.”

“Lovely lights, was wary of putting them against a brown fence with the the white lead but they look great, they stand out lovely and make a real feature instead (during the day when not lit) and at night they glow lovely, bit more orangey that night warm white but still nice!”

“After a slight technical hitch with some dodgy lights (hence only 4*) - customer services couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. A swap for a better product free of charge resolved our issues and we are delighted with the outcome. The lights are fab, giving a great warm glow and are sturdy and well made. Definitely recommend this company.”

“I am a first time customer and ordered 3 items from Lights4fun. Whilst 2 of them were fine, the third, Firefly solar lights, had a faulty connection. I contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful, sending me a new set free of charge. The person I spoke to was friendly, courteous and very willing to correct the problem. Great customer service. Will use again.”

“My candles are lovely. The tap and bucket look great in the dark but I think the tap and tube are a bit flimsy. Not sure how they will cope at a windy seaside or if the neighborhood cats try to drink from the bucket.”
