“The first time I tried to make my order, it didn't go through properly and I was charged but never received it and there was no record of my order. I therefore placed the order again, not realising I had already been charged. However, the response I received from customer support was excellent: prompt, helpful and apologetic, and I received an immediate refund for the initial order. This definitely inspires confidence as there is lots to go wrong when shopping online, so it's important to know you can contact someone.”

“Very good customer service.\nI have ordered battery powered LED tea lights from your website; it was an easy process to do and I received notifications about my order being accepted as well as the time when my order was dispatched, I found that very useful; the only reason I would not give 5 stars is that the candles themselves are just an ok quality, on the website it says that they have a pearl finish, but they just seem to be plain.”
