“I found lights 4 fun very good to deal with untill I went to purchase some more products from you on 6/10/2012. When I went to check out I could not go any further because you did not recognise my email address even though I made many a purchase using that very same email with you. I had to re-register again using the the same details as before only to find I could not buy using pay pal, even though my last purchase I made with you was with pay pal using the the same email you did not recognise this time around. Could you please let me know what the problem is.\nThanking you ***\n”

“Lights are lovely and a very good price. Took a while to arrive though. Got an email on the 29th to say they had been posted, didn't receive until today 6th ! Worth the wait though!”

“This was an-round really good customer service experience. I had a problem with the order (I hadn't order an adapter that was needed) and staff on the phone were friendly, efficient and helpful. I had to chase the next day to receive a new confirmation email as I'd amended my order but I imagine the email probably would have been sent eventually. I'll definitely order from them again.”

“lLght arrived promptly but did not work. Contacted the company who stated they would send out a replacement transformer. This has now arrived and light works OK. Good service.”

“The original order I placed was not in stock although it stated online that it was in stock when I ordered. I was notified of this and an alternative product was offered to me which I was more than happy with. Very friendly service, would use again”
