“I’ve used Lights4fun several times and on each and every occasion the service has been brilliant. Whatever I’ve purchased, the items have matched the description perfectly. And the service has been brilliant, the goods always arriving within 2/3. Very happy, I have found the ‘go to’ company for my Xmas decorative lights, both external and internal. Highly recommended.”

Hello Nicola, We are so sorry that upon investigation as to why your parcel hadn't been delivered it was discovered that unfortunately it had been lost in the Hermes delivery network. I'm pleased we were able to speak on the phone about this and, as promised, a replacement order has been sent on a Royal Mail 1st Class tracked service and your original £2.99 postage costs have been refunded. “Ordering was very easy. Add the delivery charge to the item and it’s not the bargain you might think it is! The lantern itself looks good but the light emitted is quite dim. Better products with free delivery out there if you look.”

“I bought a couple of sets of battery micro-lights before Christmas and one set failed just after new year. I emailed Lights4fun and received a replacement set in the post within a few days. This is how it should be done.”
