Hello Nicola, We are so sorry that upon investigation as to why your parcel hadn't been delivered it was discovered that unfortunately it had been lost in the Hermes delivery network. I'm pleased we were able to speak on the phone about this and, as promised, a replacement order has been sent on a Royal Mail 1st Class tracked service and your original £2.99 postage costs have been refunded. “Ordering was very easy. Add the delivery charge to the item and it’s not the bargain you might think it is! The lantern itself looks good but the light emitted is quite dim. Better products with free delivery out there if you look.”

“I bought a couple of sets of battery micro-lights before Christmas and one set failed just after new year. I emailed Lights4fun and received a replacement set in the post within a few days. This is how it should be done.”

“I ordered outdoor battery Xmas lights having been directed to Lights4fun from google when they arrived they were electric so phoned to explain this and asked to be sent battery ones which I received promptly However I had to pay postage for the other heavy lights to go back Think Lights4fun could have sent returns label out of good faith!”

“31v transfomer for xmas tree lights went 'phutt' ... non repairable. Replacement sought 'on-line' ... best price was from 'Lights4fun'. Delivery within two days of ordering ... and xmas tree lights back on. Excellent price. Excellent service. Highly Recommended.”
