“Good shopping experience and very reasonable price. But until you use a courier that isn't Hermes, I won't be shopping with you again sadly. Hermes claimed they attempted to deliver, when they most definitely didn't, and by the time they did deliver, I'd had to purchase another product to ensure I had it in time.”

“Always delighted with the products I have purchased and the helpfulness of the staff. Sadly, not impressed with Hermes delivery service. First order went to the wrong address and second placed in a drain. Driver made no attempt to ring my doorbell and when confronted, said he was in a hurry!”

Hello Kevin, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your order was not delivered to you and after investigating as to why you had not received your order it was because you didn't enter your house name/ house number on your order, only the street name, which meant Hermes didn't know where to deliver your parcel too. Hermes have now sent the parcel back to us and a full refund has been actioned to your PayPal account. Kindest regards, Chloe
