“ordered 4 solar lights when they arrived all the spikes and 2 poles were missing. highlighted this issue with them and was told a replacement would be sent out. This never arrived.”

Hello, I am really sorry to hear that you do not seem to have received your replacement set of Solar Stake Lights we dispatched to you on Monday 4th June. I have tracked your parcel with Royal Mail and it is showing that the parcel was delivered to your home address on Tuesday 5th June. “Delighted with the garden lights I ordered for a party. Some are solar (for the sunny side of the garden where the sun can charge the solar panel) and some are battery operated (for the shady side where there's not enough sun for solar to work). Both look fabulous! The festoon style and the micro style are both great.”
