“I’ve bought several outdoor ‘pro’ lights from this company over the past few years and ordered some more this winter to add to the run. After 10 days my order hadn’t been delivered by the carrier but when I called Lights 4 Fun the staff member couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic. The delivery issue wasn’t their fault but she immediately said they would send a replacement order on a next day delivery. The lights arrived the next day and are all great as usual!”

“Just to say we received fantastic service when our parcel was lost be Hermes, the delivery service - I was abroad and could not follow up the missed parcel for over a week but the lovely lady on the phone re-ordered everything again and the items were delivered 3 days later. All in working order and looking lovely. Thank You!”
