Mixed feelings about both the products and service. Delivery very prompt and on time but unfortunately the clear cable LED lights I bought had a manufacturing defect in that the screw cap fittings that connect strings of lights together simply weren't able to thread together (I also bought green cable lights which work beautifully). A replacement was quickly sent out which was reassuring but frustratingly the replacements had the same defect. I called and spoke to one of the directors of lights for fun who recognised that this was most likely a manufacturing defect and he would get the marketing director to call me. So far, so good I thought. The marketing director called me very promptly and her solution to the problem was to explain that I had bought "entry level" products and that I should really spend a considerable amount more on a "superior" quality product that "would better suit my needs",(my needs by the way are to be able to connect three strings of lights together and plug them in and have them working). You can make your own minds up whether or not this is acceptable but I would have thought that a suitable product would be one that worked. All of the faulty lights have been collected by lights for fun and I currently await a refund, which I am sure I will get. I fully appreciate that faulty products do sometimes make their way to consumers, and I won't hold a grudge against any company that recognises faults and seeks to resolve issues efficiently. Lights for fun did respond very quickly to my calls and emails, and other "entry level" products I have from lights for fun are superb and are lasting well. I'm sure the issue is down to the softer materials used to make clear fittings, fair enough, but their suggestion that fault lay at my door for not spending enough money, and then using it as an opportunity to increase their revenue by suggesting I buy something more expensive in place of a poorly made product doesn't make me want to support their business any further. I won't be spending any more of my hard earned money with them, but judging by the response of their marketing director, my business won't be missed as they clearly want to concentrate on their "superior" products anyway.

I ordered 2 x transformers for Christmas lights and they were rubbish. They didn't seem to be strong enough to power the devices so my lights still don't work. Complete waste of money! I e-mailed back to explain what had happened and asked for 2 stronger transformers so my devices would work. Very disappointed to received an e-mail which basically said "we have no more transformers in stock"!! Not very helpful!!

Hello Debbie, thank you for your review. The transformers you purchased are products that we stock as spares for 24v and other Lights4fun products. Whilst the transformers may fit other lights from other suppliers, we don't guarantee they will work, and do detail on the product page that if you are looking to replace a broken or old transformer for a product which is not by Lights4fun this may not be suitable. When I ordered the lights I requested for them to be delivered to Rep of Ireland. I had already sent an e-mail requesting if this was possible. When making the order I paid the international postage fee, This order was delivered to my previous address in London where I no longer reside. I added extra instructions on the order form to help with postage delivery in the Rep of Ire. I have requested twice for a copy of the original order but both times I have been sent copies of the invoice. I would like for the order to be delivered to the address requested,

The delivery service you chose was Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £4.99 which is not an International postage fee. Disappointed. One set of lights faulty. Two other sets of connectable lights worked for 5 days only. Now they don't work which spoilt things for the kids. Don't buy the batteries had to buy more as batteries in 1 pack ( of 2 packs) didn't work. Got lots to do at this time of year so sorting this out will have to be done in the new year. Disappointed that I have to now contact Lights4fun.

Delivery good but the timing on the lights does not work, very disappointing as that was the whole point of ordering them.

My ought 4 sets of interconnectable warm white led outdoor lights which worked fine last year but but when put on tree this year not working. Invested in new cable as original one seemed to be damaged. But still only some lights working so disappointed that original 4 sets lasted for only one Christmas.

The strip lights I bought do not stay together. You did replace one for me and then I purchased three more. Now they have all fallen off, the batteries jump out and they are useless. The other to sensor lights are smashing, but I am. Dry disappointed in the others. I would not recommend .

Lights worked, but once unravelled and new batteries were used, the lights didn't work at all. Won't be using this company again.

All the blister packs for the items had split open in the post-the adhesive had failed. The suckers were all loose and mixing up. The worst thing though, is that they do not stick on walls, wood, stone fire places, iffy on windows; and absolutely not at all on the out side of a glass door or upvc frame. Although I specifically bought them for that reason (that is what is said on the packet-they would work out of doors.) Went back to drilling the walls. At least then I don't get up and find the lights on the floor yet again.

Both lights arrived broken. After complaining they were replaced but the quality was cheap and I would not order again.

We bought 11 strings of 2m LED white icicles. I have to say when they are working, they look stunning, but don't expect them to last any longer than the lights available for a fraction of the price available from discount stores nowadays. Mine lasted 2 years, meaning we had around 5-6 weeks total usage before they dimmed drastically. The reason we spent £300+ was to avoid getting the ladder out over christmas to change them, it didn't happen. Yes, the cables are heavier than the lights you buy in discount stores, yes, they are brighter, but they don't last & I certainly wouldn't advise leaving them up all year if they can't take he weather over the Christmas period. We were disappointed & have yet to find lights which can actually stand up to the British weather. I would imagine they would be fine if used indoors, but that wasn't why we bought hem in the first place. Sure, cheaper lights need replaced, but I'd rather replace a 20 quid set from B&M bargains than a £300 set from lights for fun. Think before buying!

I made a mistake with the adapter I ordered as I need ac ac, not ac dc, I emailed within an hour to cancel but when I received a Reply I was told that it could not be cancelled, the delivery was slow and. I now have returned the item and it has cost me £3.99 to do so, all in all not particularly impressed.

Warm white micro lights are NOT warm. They are not the same colour as the warm white fairy lights. I contacted Lights4Fun and was told I had 7 days to return them - this was not enough time plus i meeded the lights to ise that week. I think its a real cheek to advertise something incorrectly.

Against our bright white lights you will see these are a warmer white colour, but perhaps not the true warm white you were looking for. We live and order from Sweden. Tre Electric Contact were for the uk market. The elektric cabel from the Pingvin have av Contact with a waterproof sealing. The sealing were turned wring way then they did the montage. Otherwise - a nice thing.

What you advert for warm light are not warm at all. In fact then you list True Warm White, confirming the fact that the others Warm White are "False Warm White". Shame once you realize that is too late and you don't even offer a free collection for unwanted products.

I purchased 2 sets of flameless candles. They are lovely however however one of the candles doesn't work. I have emailed about this however received no response. I'm not very happy with the customer service.
