The lights came on time and were as described however, the postage was incorrect and we had to pay a charge and arrange to get package. I told the company this and was rung back. The person i spoke to said they would refund the postage but this has nor been done. Not a huge amount but inefficient and inconvenient for us.

Lights were very delicate not at all like the picture and although lovely not worth the money. The first lot snapped after just a day so a complete waste of money. The packaging was all broken and bashed as they were squashed into an parcel bag.

The batteries in the lights don't store enough power to last more than 1 hour

Excellent fast delivery however the products themselves are rubbish I ordered four solar panelled light sets but none of them are charging up - very disappointed

more than half of my order did not work. These have been returned, I asked for a courier collection and it was provided, and presumably a refund will be forthwith.\n\nHowever, in thinking through the conversation I had with your team, it transpires that you actually KNOW that these lights will not work with Duracell batteries (clear 2 battery boxes) and that you have had discussions with your Chinese manufacturers about this.\n\nThe fact that you sell these without any advice, and then act as if this is a surprise is more than annoying! It is a waste of my time and effort! To top it off, it wasn't you that suggested returning the lights, IT WAS ME! Your employee suggested I get different batteries! It wasn't your employee that suggested a courier, IT WAS ME INSISTING that I had spent enough useless time with you - and now I also suggest that in the refund you include AT LEAST the posting costs! \n\n***. Yours, Dr ***

Many of the lights I bought did not work! Giving me spare batteries after the event they were bought for was not really the point......

I purchased 3 glass bricks, initially they were bright and really pretty but after 4 weeks of having them only 2 out of the three still work and they are not very bright- I'm very disappointed.

Goods arrived in good time but quality poor and light so orange that look artifciial unlike others i've bought that look real. the flame bit is wobbly aon one of them and you have to manipulate it to get it to stay alight. The screw compartment for the bottom was very stiff. Screwing and unscrewing the bottom is how you turn it on and off and it plays havoc with the thin wax coating . You end up with annoying little wax shavings taht are a pin to wipe off a surface

I ordered 2 outdoor solar powered string lights. One is ok the second down after 1 hour. I got a free replacement battery after claiming but the lights are still not working properly. Down after 10 mn... Solar power not loading properly. I'm upset

HELLO twice you send replacement , but it does not help the 2end ropelight 42 m you send, there is also a section not working. THE QUALITY TEST MUST BE ABSENT AT THE FACTORY

Main problem was that I was unable to amend the delivery address and get these delivered directly to my daughter rather than coming to my address which the system automatically picked up from PayPal. By the time I was able to contact the company to try to change the address they had already been dispatched. So, couldn't fault them for speed.

Rather disappointed - ordered 3 sets lights - one set blue not green , 1 set ten of 40 lights did not turn on pity as rest of process was good
