Goods arrived in good time but quality poor and light so orange that look artifciial unlike others i've bought that look real. the flame bit is wobbly aon one of them and you have to manipulate it to get it to stay alight. The screw compartment for the bottom was very stiff. Screwing and unscrewing the bottom is how you turn it on and off and it plays havoc with the thin wax coating . You end up with annoying little wax shavings taht are a pin to wipe off a surface

Some of the packets were already opened when the product arrived. A number of the LED candles had flat batteries even though batteries were part of the spec. of the product.

I had to wait three weeks for them to arrive as the van driver dropped the lights.I found that two lights did not work even after re-charging the batteries I will use you again as I feel it's always best to give suppliers a second chance.

We bought a huge amount of lighting from you for one of our events. Not only did we struggle for 3 days with your payment systems, but when the lighting arrived the day before our event there were at least 10 bulbs blown already. We always buy our lights from you so this was very disappointing.

I ordered a selection of portable lights for a festival I am going to, and thank the lord I ordered in plenty of time. The delivery company used (Hermes) is awful. On day one they popped a note through my door to say they couldn't deliver (the box was too big) but left no forwarding number, no notes on how to get in touch to re-arrange delivery, or even who the parcel was for/from. It was literally a note with a tick in the box that said 'Can't deliver'. I didn't even realise it was for this parcel to begin with. This happened for 3 days in a row, with the last note ticking the box that said 'returned to sender'. Again no contact details, no reference number, no name. I tried to contact Hermes, but there are no contact details on their website and as I had no reference number I couldn't fill in a form, so I contacted Light4Fun as I had guessed by this point that this was the parcel I was waiting for. The people in the office were lovely, and offered to re-arrange delivery to another address, and to refund the charge. So I waited patiently for the promised delivery. Surprise Surprise it didn't come. I contacted Lights4fun again, who again were lovely and organised next day delivery for me with a different company. I now have my lights. So in summery - Lights4Fun are lovely, but choose an option that doesn't include delivery by Hermes. I have seen a lot of complaints online about this company that match my experience.

Lovely when they work, although the switch seems to be a bit hit and miss and doesn't always work. I have kept the solar panel in full sun all day, however the lights fade and go out a lot quicker than some other solar fairy lights I bought elsewhere.

Promised delivery did not happen. Product was good but somewhat expensive. Vendor did resolve delivery issue. They should consider a better service provider for shipping their product as this was a major problem.

Service and price excellent but disappointed with product as the light shines through the body of the candle which gives an artificial appearance to the finished product. Also the candle doesn't flicker so much as goes dull then bright. Not the best I've seen for effect but I guess the price should have made next think twice.

Normally good quality solar lights as I have had some in my garden for years, but this time ordered more budget range, one came with wire broken and other also didn't light up. Best to pay for good quality items.

when i ordered the light from you via the website it stated "if you order this item within the next 53 minutes delivery will be made on Thursday". that was on wednesday 9th july and delivery wasn't made until the following monday. this may seem trivial but this may be construed as misrepresentation.

We do display a countdown timer that shows the hours and minutes left to guarantee Express (next working day) delivery if your order is placed before 3pm and the Express Courier option is chosen at the check-out stage. Express delivery is charged at £5.95. Unfortunately, as you selected Royal Mail 2nd Class the delivery time is 2-4 working days. more than half of my order did not work. These have been returned, I asked for a courier collection and it was provided, and presumably a refund will be forthwith.\n\nHowever, in thinking through the conversation I had with your team, it transpires that you actually KNOW that these lights will not work with Duracell batteries (clear 2 battery boxes) and that you have had discussions with your Chinese manufacturers about this.\n\nThe fact that you sell these without any advice, and then act as if this is a surprise is more than annoying! It is a waste of my time and effort! To top it off, it wasn't you that suggested returning the lights, IT WAS ME! Your employee suggested I get different batteries! It wasn't your employee that suggested a courier, IT WAS ME INSISTING that I had spent enough useless time with you - and now I also suggest that in the refund you include AT LEAST the posting costs! \n\n***.
