“I have been looking for a Nobilis Artificial Christmas Fir Tree for quite a long time. It is not the most popular style in the US, so the selection in this style is very limited. I am from Virginia, USA. When I came across the Lights4fun website and tried to place an order, I realized that the store doesn’t normally ship this item to the USA. There was no shipping option at the end of the checkout. Wanting this tree so much, I decided to call the store directly. Within two hours, the order was placed and within three days, I received the tree. In fact, the delivery was so quick, that I was caught off guard at work, when I received a notification that a delivery was attempted. Lights4fun has a sublime customer service. The DHL customer service was also very accommodating. The tree was redelivered the next day with no signature required, as I requested. Since I bought the tree well after Christmas, I didn’t put it up. But I did open the box and looked at the branches. They are exactly as pictured. I am so looking forward to the next Christmas, so I can put up this masterpiece in my family room. Thank you very much, Lights4fun for understanding and accommodating the needs of your customers!”

“The whole purchase experience from order to delivery was such fun; haven't bought products online with any other company that made me smile like Lights4fun did, even down to the happy captions on their padded delivery bags. The battery operated candles i bought exceeded my expectations and i'd definitely recommend this company to others.
