If I actually received the lights. Or even had a reasonable reply to my many emails not several standerd replys that obviously don't even answer my questions Like we're are the lights ?? When should I expect them. As clearly it is past June 18. In fact it is June 27.

Hello Katie, I am sorry that you have yet to receive your lights from us. They were despatched with Royal Mail and unfortunately it looks as if it has been lost in their system. I will get a replacement set of lights despatched to you today with our courier so we can track the parcel for you. Kind regards Sarah

Placed my order, took my money, said order had been dispatched, waited for days then they contacted saying they have no stock, very annoying, refund given.

Hello Sandra, We are sorry that we were unable to send the lights to you that your ordered. We did despatch the original order to you which was unfortunately lost by Royal Mail. Ordered 4 packs of 2 lights. Out of the 8 lights in total, only 2 actually work. Had bought them to light up front garden blue for Autism awareness month :(

Paid for express delivery on Thursday evening arrived 6pm on Monday evening. Not very express. Ordered from another company at same time free Royal mail delivery arrived 10am Saturday morning.....

Hello Mark We’re sorry that you are disappointed with delivery of your lights. Our Express courier option is a 1-2 day service available on all orders placed by 4pm (on a working day), as stated on the website. As your order was placed at 7pm on Thursday evening it was processed and dispatched on Friday morning for delivery on the next available working day, Monday. Saturday and Sundays are not classed as a working day, however, we do offer a Saturday delivery service with a courier. This is available at a cost of £15.00 and existing orders can be upgraded for delivery on Saturday by contacting our Customer Service Team. We don’t currently offer a guaranteed Royal Mail delivery service, but do have plans to introduce this service very soon. I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered the lights as a birthday present and, although no delivery date was quoted I expected them to be here by the 5th March but they were not. That date has now passed. I will not be ordering again.

Hello Peter I am sorry that the lights you ordered have not yet arrived, we despatched your order with Royal Mail 2nd class post on Thursday 26 February. Although the delivery is not tracked it should arrive within 3-5 days. It sounds like the parcel is delayed, or lost in the Royal Mail delivery network. Half of the lights don't work, and at least three bulbs were broken and another two had fallen off when I received these. Very poorly made.

Terrible! Terrible! Disgraceful! A few words that come to mind. I purchased some candles for a special surprise engagement party I was planning. I opted to pay the extra money for the first class delivery to ensure I got the candles in time. Over a week later I still had not received my order. I then called up the company for explanation for my missing package. They advised me to go to my local sorting office with no delivery card being left nothing and see if my parcel was there. Obviously, the parcel was not there. I called back and understandably frustrated asked for my money back as the goods would be no good to me if they weren't here in time for the party. The lady I spoke to told me she would send me out some more candles express delivery, so they will be there next day. Unsurprisingly, another week later there is still NO candles. So my advice to you would be to NEVER use this company or place your order at least 6-9 months in advanced to ensure you maybe get your order in time. This being my first and only time using this company I can never see myself using them ever again, not recommend them to anyone. Shockingly bad!

Tiny lights, all tangled when they arrived which took ages to sort out and the colour isn't soft as described, quite the opposite! Very disappointing!

The lights I ordered was not working properly. The lights supposed to look warm. It looks nothing like what it advertised for. Very disappointing!

After spending at least 2 hrs of my precious time I gave up trying to put them together Still havnt bothered Possibly won't b bothered as I broke a couple of nails as well These should b discontinued as they are crap !!!
