Hello Katrina, we are so sorry that the extension cable you ordered did not arrive with you in time for your Christmas celebrations. Unfortunately, the tracking shows that the parcel was lost in the delivery network. We are sorry that we were not aware of this until you contacted us. “Lightsforfun are hands down the best company I have dealt with. They have great product knowledge, quality products - my main lights are going strong after 10 years! Service is second to none - very fast delivery and when the wrong colour lights arrived, they told me to keep them and sent replacement following day! Refreshing to have a company really supportive. Would I use them again...I already have..several times. Highly recommended!”

“Our village gardening group bought the 60m connectable lights to decorate a life-size topiary horse. They are absolutely fantastic and we have had so many great comments from the residents that we bought another set for another location in the village. We had a problem with the controllers and Lights4fun immediately sent us two new ones free of charge. Excellent service. Will definitely use this company again.”
