“The package arrived safely but one of the lights was faulty. I phoned customer swrvices that afternoon and a replacement arrived by p[ost next morning. Now all working and excellent customer services. Well done.”

“The lights look really nice along one wall of the dining room and lounge and look shimmery/silky rather than papery. The only slight disappointment was that one of the bulbs had a bare wire with no plastic holder so the shade would not clip on to it and my husband had to modify it. It still works but doesn't hang quite in line with the other shades”

“I have purchased two products - outside and indoor Christmas LED warm white string lights. Delighted with both as they are exactly as described and look to be well made. The outside lights look particularly robust and a lot better than products we have bought from other manufacturers in recent years - these will hopefully outlast anything we have previously bought from other suppliers.”
