“Excellent lights ordered another 6 strings to add to the 16 I already had. Connections were different but the help line operator soon put an adaptor in the post at no charge. Been running these lights since2014.”

“My wife received the set of Pine Cone effect lights only to find one complete cone (like a lamp shade) missing. I rang to report this and immediately met with nothing but friendly help. A new set was sent in the post for next day delivery and I didn't have to return the other set which in this modern cynical world was very nice to be taken on trust and not prove to the seller the missing item. New lights in and running and will definitely use this site again”

“Originally sent the wrong lights. Staff extremely helpful on phone and although the correct lights were not in stock, the company kept in touch to update me throughout the process. You could tell staff were really anxious to fulfill the order. Well done.”
