“shopping process and ordering process was easy. product was received in a timely manner and the product was packed so that it had no damage. The product looked beautiful and worked well. I would certainly recommend the company and the product to others and I would use them again.”

“service was outstanding, placed a order, came right away, however, did not all arrive, I send email and got a answer within a few hours saying they were sorry and balance of order will arrive in a few days. the way to treat a customer. Awesome service. thanks”

“Communication has been good. Were still waiting for the solar panel to power Christmas lights. We did have some items damaged during shipment that Lights.com is in the process of replacing... and they went the extra mile to replace an item that could have gone either way. I have faith the solar panel will arrive soon and the replacement items as well. Quality of the items I did get was good for the price. No complaints.”

“Love them - they have more LEDs on a string than most other products like this. I added a wire hanger to mine and hung them outside (and one inside) my catio. Love them - ordered more when they went on sale!”

“The candles arrived in a timely manner. They are perfect for our need; to be used on a school play set. I purchased three sets. Two of the candles do not work with the remote, but the others work well. These would be lovely on a Christmas tree, as well. They appear to be designed for that purpose, but we were able to easily remove the bottom clip and use them in wall sconces. Well packaged to prevent breakage. We will purchase from this company again. Thank you.”

“I love the lights. However, the doves have a problem in that the battery top does not close. Ive tried everything--so just dont put the cover on. I also dont like the buttons I have to push-- green and white..Wont buy that type again. They add wonderful ambiance to any room.”
