“I have no comment except that you ought to think twice about pushing the issue....by FORCING people to comment when they have no comment just irritates them/me. Be careful what you ask for......!?! If someone chooses to take the time to fill out your survey please dont FORCE then to answer something they have no reply to.”

“We love the lights! We put them in our fireplace for the summer to give a nice glow to the livingroom. Love the remote control, and they are very good quality, they are made from wax which makes them look very realistic. Ordering and shipping were quick and easy, I would recommend these candles and company to anyone interested in buying these.”

“The lights were delivered as specified. The worked perfectly right out of the box. I was impressed the way the set of lights with the solar panel was built. This is the only set I received That has a high quality switch and good waterproofing. The price was right also.”

“These candles with a timer are perfect for any occasion. The lighting effect starts midway the candle to the top; which is awesome. I could not have made a better selection. I placed my order over the phone with Sam. I have never received such extraordinary customer service. Thank you, Helen”

“I ordered the wrong candles, I called requesting the exchange. The agent was very helpful, found the correct item and send me the RGA # immediately. Once the returned item was received, I got information about shipment of the new product and received in two days. Excellent service!”

“Delivery was so fast I didnt have time to tell my friend that the lights were coming, so she sent them back! But I chatted with Nathaniel and he sorted it all out. I ordered again and they came quickly. The price was unbeatable and they were just what I wanted. I was a tiny bit disappointed that you couldnt refund my original shipping charge, but I understand. Customer service was exemplary, thanks N***. Ive already recommended lights.com to all my friends on facebook.”

“I ordered a set of 12 frameless candle. The order was received quickly. However, one candle didn't work properly. I sent them an e mail and they promptly sent me a replacement. Very hassle free compared to other online places”
