“After receiving my solar string light set & allowing 2 days to charge, they did not turn on. I emailed the company and was pleased to receive a response within hours. They advised that a new order was shipping air express to me. Two days later I received 2 new solar panels and after charging them only 2 day the lights are now working. Love them! Good job Lights.com...now THAT is good customer service!”

“Totally satisfied with the entire transaction. I have a disabled granddaughter who loves them streamed all over the golf cart we use to tootle around the neighborhood and local establishments. Really stand out. Have had multiple people ask where I bought them.....”

“We ordered battery operated candles for our windows. We ordered them on the second Saturday before Christmas and received them on the following Monday. We got exactly what we wanted with fast and efficient service. We will definitely shop here again.”

“I found exactly what I was looking for quite easily by searching the website. Ordering process was uncomplicated and prices were comparable, even lower than some. Items arrived timely and were as expected. One item in the order was correct but wrong color. Customer Service promptly shipped out the replacement at no charge to me. This retailer has made a very positive impression on me and I would definitely recommend them.”
