“All areas were completely satisfactory. A paper explaining how my candles work would have been even better. They are battery-operated and supposed to light for 4 of every 24 hours, but no word was sent as to how to time the desired 4 hours.”

“Solar panel of first unit did not function. Called Customer Service and they agreed to sent replacement . Replacement solar panel works. However, cord on non functional panel was 3 feed long cord on replacement panel 6 long.”
