“I needed assistance with a replacement product from Lights.com. I was guided to purchase an item that turned out to incorrect. Unfortunately, the rep I spoke to was unable to find the correct product for me. After emailing briefly to express my dissatisfaction at the situation, the rep sympathized with my situation and was able to offer a full refund of the item and shipping costs. I was so pleased to see that a company was more concerned with the satisfaction of a customer than making a profit. The rep I communicated with was knowledgable in answering my questions and responded to my emails quickly. This is some of the best customer service Ive ever had in a long time. I wouldnt totally recommend people to shop with this company. I will continue to make purchases from them in the future.”

“We ordered LED string Christmas Lights with transformer Power supplies. They arrived on time in excellent shape. The lights are wonderful. The white lights are very bright and easy to install. My wife loves to have the lights on many hours each day. It is wonderful to have beautiful lights and use significantly less power. I am expecting my Nov. and Dec. power bills to be significantly less this year. Thank you”

“I am very Happy to have fund Lights.com! I love battery operated candles and lighting and they carry an excellent selection with far better prices than anywhere else! I have already placed several orders, and am pleased with them all! The brands are familiar from other laces I have ordered from! And they offer great outlet prices and unique choices! The customer service is excellent! They atr right on top of questions, are quick and polite! I have already recommended your site to several friends/family! They have all reported good experiences too! My only suggestion is to try to get the companies to add more timers to their products! Yes, there is a good selection with timers, which is great, but it is such a convenience, it is often the deciding factor for me if I will make the purchase. Thanks, Lights.com for lighting up my life! You have earned a loyal customer! ***”
