“i ordered an item that was backordered but never notified of same. After contacting Lights.com, the customer service department was able to contact tjo contact the manufacturer to give me a shipping date. I needed to contact Lights.com because the product was not received at the time promised. Lights.com was able to rectify the situation and I received the item yesterday.”

“A previous order arrived with one candle broken. I wrote, did not ask for a refund or another candle, I wanted them aware that everything was as expected and I was completely satisfied, just disappointed that one item was broken. Expecting nothing - this past week I received another candle. Now I can add that, not only the merchandise is great, the personal service is excellent. THANK TYOU”

“I was very pleased with the service I received. Ive been looking for this light quite a while. I couldnt afford the original vintage one, but lights.com had the lowest priced replica out there and I did extensive searching. I transposed my delivery address and the delivery carrier and lights.com corrected the issue before I even realized it. Ill definatly recommend and use this company again!”

“I am super-satistifed with the customer service at lights.com. They made it very easy for me to return some lights I decided I didnt want, and they sent me a replacement set for a set of solar lights that werent working properly. I wish customer service was this great everywhere.”
