“*** The order was well packaged and shipped promptly. The website was easy to navigate. I bought the 8 x 4 heavy drip candles and the heavy drip tapers. Both are extremely high quality and look fantastic. I would highly recommend lights.com for anyone that wants authentic looking LED candles. Definitely not the ordinary department store LEDs. “This was my first purchase with lights.com and I could not be happier with the product and the customer service. I received my order very quickly as well. I did have one small issue with one candle in the 9 piece set I ordered. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They had a new candle shipped out to me to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with my order and will be purchasing other items through this company as well.”

“I was very pleased with my order. It came quickly and all the lights worked. Id read reviews of other companies where customers complained about defective merchandise so I was nervous because they were purchased for a wedding and I needed all 12 candles to work. Id happily recommend this company.”

“Great service, great and FAST shipping. I had a my bad and did not catch it, but neither did they. I forgot to put in bulbs so made another order. Whoops with shipping and DUTIES the cost was almost double on two boxes. As I said my fault, just wish someone had seen it. Lol All is good. Will use again.”

“Purchased 4 flameless candles w/timers. One of the timers on one of the candles did not work. Contacted the seller and they sent me a new candle without any problems whatsoever. Very satisfied. Would recommend.”
