“The order process is very user friendly, love the huge variation of products you offer. Prices are great. Shipping is fast. What more could I want? Thanks. “love the lights but some did not work BUT i am so impressed with your customer service who told me “ No problem we will send the new ones out and they will arrive between 4-5days. love that that will bring you a lot of business because GOOD customer service is so rare these days. my friends will be ordering too . They have already asked where did I get them.”

“The service was excellent and the product was delivered in a timely manner. I am not thrilled with the product (Christmas window candles that are battrery powered and flicker). I would like them to be somewhat brighter and have a less plastic looking base. However, they did burn consistently throughout the season on 3 D cells.”

“Ordering was pretty easy online. However, the products you are selling through *** are older and have inferior transformers/controllers. I also found one person that I spoke to on the phone to be a bit cold, with a why are you calling sort of attitude. The person was knowledgeable, though.”
