“excellent customer service. Two sets of lights arrived which did not work ; in both cases customer service gave me no flack, but replaced them, even sending a mailing label. I was so impressed that I bought another set! The candles themselves are a cut above those one finds in Target, etcl and the price much more friendly than in the chi chi stores Will purchase again when I need candles.”

“Our order was delivered promptly and the items had been accurately described online. Since most of our large order is for our daughters upcoming wedding (submersible tea lights), each of the pieces hasnt been opened, but one test set worked flawlessly, so its assumed that the rest will as well. (The batteries for the submersibles lasted days longer than described, too!) We would deal with this company again any time!”

“Along with two other sets of candles, I recently ordered 24 of these units for my new home. The clearance price was EXCELLENT and shipping was free! Within a few short days, the shipment arrived. 23/24 candles worked as expected but unfortunately, one was DOA. However, a quick email to customer service remedied the issue. Within a few days, I was sent a replacement at no charge. Needless to say, my home looks beautiful from dusk til dawn! The candles work perfectly and the warm light is not overpowering within the rooms at night. It's so nice to "set it and forget it"--no timers, no cords, no pain in the hiney :) Without question, I recommend this company and will definitely order from them again!”

“The candles are perfect in my living room. I have them all grouped together and they look beautiful lit and even unlit. The remote is a great feature. I love the thin candles as well. When they first arrived, I was afraid they were too thin but when put them out and they were lit, they were perfect. Thank you for such a great product. I will definitely be buying more items in the future!”

“I received the battery operated timer tea lights promptly. At first I thought two of the batteries were not working but after jiggling the lights, they worked. I ordered a set of 8 and they all work well now. The lights dont flicker as much as I would like but the flame color is good. It is worth getting them for thetimer function.”
