The dress was unsuitable and disappointed that a refund cannot be given. There is no other style that looks suitable - I carry weight around the middle and the drawn in style is not good. I have not returned as yet for this reason

As stated in our store policy, we currently only offer returns for store credit, but this store credit never expires and you are welcome to purchase an alternate product. We also offer 60 day free returns instead meaning that we cover the cost of your return. Do not offer returns for online purchase only store credit . Will not purchase again .

My first experience with you was ok. Was very annoyed that in a matter of a couple of days the entire website had an easter 50% OFF.

Hi Lilac & Mila, I liked both dresses I purchased however, the Ario Kensey dress was missing the fabric tie shown in the online photo. I did email you after I received the order but not had any reply as yet. Thanks

I bought three dresses, each of which the stitching is messy, and loose threads are on the dress And coming off the dress everywhere. I have only worn one of the dresses once for an hour or so around the house. The rest are in my wardrobe with the tag still attached. I went to look at the returns policy and you can’t return items that had a discount code which I used the “first time buyer” discount. I’m so disappointed because they looked like they would be beautiful dresses.

I have looked in our files and can see that you have made a purchase - we haven't received this type of feedback on these items however we will pass this on to our supplier brand Jaase as we value your feedback immensely. I was not very pleased with my shopping experience through your site. I ordered a dress as it states free returns on your site and unfortunately when i emailed for a return, I was supplied with a return address and then a discount code and return shipping was not covered. I only ever buy from sites that offer free returns as I find sizes vary so much that it was costing me too much in returns to try from sites that don't offer this feature. I went to use my credit amount on another item and because the credit comes off the item is not included for free shipping, even though it was an $80 dress. So I now need to pay for shipping again. From this experience I won't shop at Lilac and Mila again as I feel you don't really want to offer the free shipping so you shouldn't advertise it. Actually I'm pretty sure its illegal.

We usually do this through sending a Free Return Label sent to our customers when requested. Some customers chose to use their own shipping services. As for the exchange shipping, we will also gladly cover this for you. Our system doesn't allow for 2 discount codes to be used at once however we can process this on our end for you - that isn't a problem at all! Lilac and Mila advertise their 15 percent discount for first time customers but then make it extremely difficult to find the discount code.

Hi lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that you had issues finding the 15% Sign up code. However we do value your feedback immensely and will pass it on to our Digital Marketing Team. To give you a little bit of help for next time the code should show up on the screen after you have entered your email address and DOB on our ' Join the Family' pop up - which should automatically load when you open our website. I have attached a screenshot of where this is found on the screen. This code is also found on our first welcome to the Family Email :) - which sometimes can be missed in our full inboxes. I've just had a little look in our previous communications and can see that our last email was an offer to refund you the 15% off on your previous order - which of course still stands!
