I was not very pleased with my shopping experience through your site. I ordered a dress as it states free returns on your site and unfortunately when i emailed for a return, I was supplied with a return address and then a discount code and return shipping was not covered. I only ever buy from sites that offer free returns as I find sizes vary so much that it was costing me too much in returns to try from sites that don't offer this feature. I went to use my credit amount on another item and because the credit comes off the item is not included for free shipping, even though it was an $80 dress. So I now need to pay for shipping again. From this experience I won't shop at Lilac and Mila again as I feel you don't really want to offer the free shipping so you shouldn't advertise it. Actually I'm pretty sure its illegal.
