“Lovely clothes & speedy service. The only improvement that can be made is the option of a refund for change of mind. It’s very difficult to purchase clothes online and it’s often trial & error. It’s very generous that store credit never expires but I’ll lean towards brands that have a refund option in the future.”

At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! Can you please let us know what you would like us to do to make this experience better for you? We hope to hear from you soon. Thanks a million. The Lilac and Mila Team! X

“Dear Lilac n Mila, firstly i want to say; your clothing range are so gorgeous! I have bought 5 items off you in the past 18 months and they all fit a generous, true to size fit, which i like. I was wondering tho, if Shareen collections are a different brand, or the same as Jaase? And is Salty Bright also the same brand as Jaase? X”

“I ordered a dress with Lilac and Mila and when it arrived it was the incorrect dress. The customer service in helping me rectify this was amazing!! They were quick to respond to my emails and went above and beyond to get the right dress out to me as soon as possible. With the way things are these days having an online experience as easy as this makes such a huge difference and even aside from these very minor little hiccups I will definitely continue to shop with this beautiful store and tell all my friends about it.”
