“Shopping at Lilac & Mila is a pleasant experience. A full refund service would be appreciated on garments that just don't suit an individual but that wouldn't deter me from shopping again. Customer service is always responsive and very polite.”

“Love my new Chloe top, even though it is very oversized. Would probably have exchanged but it was sold out. Lesson learned for next time, but still a gorgeous top that I will wear often. Had to wait a little as the top was pre-order, but great communication.”

“Lilac & Mila dresses are just gorgeous. They are well made and designed. Shopping online is something of a challenge at times, especially with sizing. The girls at Lilac & Mila have made returning dresses for exchange very easy. I would definitely recommend their products and their customer service. They are very quick to answer any queries.”
