“I recently moved to the Plattsburgh NY area. I needed assistance with CPAP issues and questions. The team there was wonderful and very helpful. The whole team went out of their way to assist. Alex, Sam, Johnny, Sarah, Amanda were all outstanding and so helping. I can't say enough about this group of people. I will be a loyal customer and tell everyone I know who needs CPAP's to visit Lincare!!”

“Lashondra was very professional and helped update my account and fix the bill to a zero balance since the contract was 'bought out' by new Medicare insurance company who was awarded the contract away from Lincare. It's good to know that despite some bad reviews, not everyone is bad in this company and my local office is a good one. Though billing did take 5-10 minutes before live representative answered. She did a great job.”

“Good afternoon, I would like to share with you that Ray, my delivery man has helped myself and husband so much. he takes time to explain everything to us and never fails to make sure we have all that we need to make life comfortable with all the things we need. He deserves to be greatly appreciated. Also, Tasha and Zemora, the ladies in office are a great too they really take great care of us and our needs. I am so pleased with our team in Rapid City. they deserve alot of praise. Thank you Wayne and Roni Straub Edgemont SD”

“My driver at lincare, Luis Torros Is the only part of the company that I like. He goes out of his way to help people. He'll come with tanks anyway when there is a mix up. He'll tell you when you need supplies, & he's always pleasant. He just doesn't do his job he goes out of his way to help.”

“9:30 pm on a Friday night, my concentrator's alarm kept sounding and the machine would shut down. One phone call for after hours help, and Boom!! Courtney calls me to make arrangements. Before hardly any time, he drives up to our house with a different concentrator to swap out and get me back on room air. This company, and their committed and compassionate staff, make sure their patients are their #1 priority. I would recommend them unconditionally.”

“It's me again!! I am back as a visitor in Benzie County. I called "my gang" (Jim, David, and Emma) for a delivery. Right on time the morning after I arrived, Jim Olson was here with my tank delivery. Such a pleasant gentleman who shared with us he has been employed 17+ years with Lincare. My driver's in Kalamazoo are the same, 21 and 17 years respectively, with that branch of Lincare. This must be a top notch company to work for to have that many loyal and long term employees. I can't say enough about the professional service and compassionate care I consistently receive from LINCARE. Thank you Traverse City for being dependable!!!”

“When worried about sleep apnea or hypoventilation, my provider ordered an overnight nocturnal pulse oximeter test for me to do at home. Lincare got the order and came to my house the very next day, taught me how to use it, and even picked it up from my house the next morning. I got the results right away and I’m very impressed by their services in Traverse City, Michigan!”

“Jennifer on the Belmont office was great and so was the rep that came out to deliver my nebulizer and walked me through how it worked. Jennifer went above and beyond to get my nebulizer to me since I had a bit of a scheduling issue when they were trying to deliver. Thankfully they were able to fit me in and drop it off at my place of employment. Thank you Jennifer and everyone else who helped.”
