Had a sleep study 6 weeks ago. My doctor wrote my prescription for CPAP machine and supply’s to lincare. Waited over 5 weeks and have heard nothing from them. Alex finally called and assured me I would have my equipment soon. Nobody ever called or issued my equipment. I called and fired them from my case. I can’t tell you enough how rotten and incompetent this company is. They are definitely going under. LOSERS!!

Lincare was very helpful on getting the old tanks out of the and help to put the full ones in the car the reception desk was really sweet She had a smile the whole time I was and very helpful with questions. Thank You Lincare

Lincare is a great company to work with the Office Staff is great! Andy delivered the Nebulizer today made sure we understood how to use it before he left such a pleasant experience, couldn't ask for better Customer Service. Thank you Lincare for all you do for us.

There’s not enough praise in the world to encapsulate the service provided to my Mom. Lincare has literally been “life saving.” They’re quite attentive to her needs (ensuring her supplies are substantial, providing support when needed, and customer service). I appreciate their support and their willingness to be a part of my Mom’s health team!

The worse service ever from a medical provider. Wrong equipment. You have to call corporate office. And file an executive complaint to just get them to help. Then they stated we don’t have the mask. But once I stated I’m calling corporate The mask. Seconds later appears. They don’t care if you are suffering due to not having your equipment. They are not truthful. And after I paid for machine. They still want payments. I’m going to call My state senator Josh Hawley.

I was having trouble with my portable machine. Levi came right over to solve my problem. Even though it was close to 5.00 PM the day before Christmas Eve he went out of his way to secure me a new machine. Thank you Levi and Lincare.

Dan Craig from Lincare came to my apartment today to get me started on oxygen. He explained everything in detail about the machine and how to use it all about the hoses. Very informative and knowledgeable. You could tell he likes to help people. A very nice man Thanks Dan .

This review is awesome NOT for the office except Jane is nice and gets the job done.I can't calling there & dealing with Amanda and Cathy smh , they think who they are.Delivery came today and it was Andy! Yah I was so happy to see him.He is awesome at his job answers any questions you have.He is the only reason I am still with lincare.If he leaves I will leave. Thanks again Andy

Trever P in Spokane WA, is an amazing employee for Lincare. He has always shown up and gone over and above to care for my mom and her oxygen needs. Lincare's communication as a company is however not as good. If it weren't for Trever P. we would be searching for a new Oxygen company. Thank you for your care Trever!

The person that helps me name is Sam from Kansas City is very personable, she is great.. even when I can’t think of the names of the things I need she helps me out she kinda finishes my sentences.. she is a very very caring person.. I really consider her to be a friend and I’ve never met her in person.. I suffer from memory loss and she will take the time to call and remind me that it’s time to order because I forget and I look up and I am real low on something in the past and I shared that with her and she’ll call and remind me.. I have a trachea and suffered three heart attacks.. she’s awesome.

Licare is always helpful. Specifically. driver/tech Andy Laurie has always been professional and helpful. He answers all my questions and makes sure I understand. I recently had a CPAP emergency when my old machine died in the middle of the night while I was out of town on a work trip. While traveling home and making calls between my PCP office and the wonderful ladies at Lincare Fairview Heights (Illinois), they were able to get me a new machine that night. Tina and Annie went well above and beyond to take care of me and they have no idea how much I appreciate it!
