Brought out equipment I did not need. When it came time for what I did need was locked in to a contract. Brought a sleep appia machine, didn’t use it, was never tested for it, never diagnosed with. Turned the machine back, guess it was the wrong, although I have a recent. Changing Medicare ever for a machine they have. Call someone else

Joe and Andy have ALWAYS gone the extra mile for myself and others. Nothing was ever too much . Whatever i needed they were right there getting it for me . All with smiles and humour. No one i know has ever had a bad word to say about either one. Thank you Lincare for being smart enough to hire these two great guys.

Ray was super. He explained everything to me and made sure to answer any questions I had. I had been waking up on and off during the night, but when I tried the oxygen, I slept like a log for 7 whole hours and then for another 2 hours! He certainly improved the quality of my life. Thank you, Ray.

I want to thank Breann who helped me get my equipment so fast , she was polite and courteous and did a great job , also Sam who brought out my equipment was very helpful explaining everything … They come from the Utica Lincare office …. Thanks again … Rick M . P.S. Give them a raise …👍🏻

I just received a new Cpap device from Lincare in Crown Point. Lowell was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Lincare if you are in need of a new Cpap machine.

Marshell (his spelling) delivered the oxygen unit, provided use guidance, was competent, cheerful, positive, helpful, responsive. Lincare is lucky to have such a wonderful person in customer-facing capacity.

I have to tell you Brittany from Visalia Lincare is such a gem!!! I wish all the people I had to deal with were as kind, understanding and patient as she is. In addition she is very knowledgeable about the equipment and insurance questions. What's really refreshing is if she by chance doesn't know the answer she doesn't guess, she will research the answer to give the pt the most up to date information available. She should train all the people who answer your phones, you would have a lot less stressed out people for sure! She is a 10 ⭐ rep in my book and a true breath of fresh air to my whole customer service experience!!!

After waiting over 2 months my battery consentraitor still doesn’t work! Not the first time,! Can’t depend on them at all. Have no pride at all ! Below average ! Would be a step up!

I had the opportunity to meet several ladies here in the Greenville NC area, I was have bad asthma problem their names were, Brandy, Robin, Kelley and Deb I thank them for all they did to make I got my equipment and did it in such a timely and humble manner. Dealing with lincare at one of the saddest times in life, Gary from your Brattleboro office was above and beyond. He was so very kind, thoughtful, helpful and we were so thankful that he was the driver that came to our house.

I needed a new CPap machine asap as mine had been contaminated with mold and was already 9 years old. I was scheduled to leave ön a trip in 4 days and needed the new machine to take with me. Susan, at Latham Lincare in NY went over and above board to help me get the necessary prescriptions and paperwork needed to get this new machine. Thank you Susan, and thank you Lincare for really caring!

I had to get fitted for a new C pap and Leticia Castaneda was the sweetest person helping me. She took her time explaining everything from the mask billing paperwork and follow up. I do recommend this company and please ask for Leticia she will help you with a smiling beautiful face.
