have contacted you several times and no response! I ordered from you back on December for £67.75. The order included xmas gifts. Nothing has ever arrived. I am extremely disappointed with your company and have to now start the process of recovering my money. You have not even got the decency to respond to my emails. What a truly awful company you are

Egyptian Cotton Towels - far from it!!! They are thin and very poor quality, ideal for washing the car!!! The colours are also not accurate, Navy Blue is Denim Blue!! Poor customer service as they would not pay for the return postage when the colour they sent is so far from being Navy Blue.

Awful - whilst the staff member I spoke to was helpful, I ordered a couple of items that were showing in stock and also had a Hermes notification to say that it had dispatched. When I enquired over a week later that it hadn't arrived I was advised that it was not due in for over 6 weeks. Don't show items in stock if you cant fulfil the order!

Appalling service, disinterested staff, absolutely no customer service, would give zero score! Have had my money for a month, no item sent and no updates to advise of item not being available, no refund!

Ordered 2 cot bed duvets 150x120 but when delivered they measure 145×134 so cant find any covers for them!

Avoid avoid avoid Order took 11 days to arrive Then was the wrong order. I returned...and they have told me its 14 WORKING days for a refund so 3 weeks to receive it...terrible terrible customer service

Appalling service. Ordered three items from Linens Limited several months ago. After several weeks I still hadn't received anything and chased. I then received various one-line emails (no apology) explaining my order had been sent when it later transpired it hadn't. After claiming the courier had lost not one but two packages I eventually received two of the three items I'd ordered. I'm still waiting for the 3rd to be dispatched and have had to escalate the issue to my card provider in order to get a refund. No responses to my recent emails. No contact numbers and non-existent customer service.

Warning! scammers, avoid this company Linens limited. I bought a pair of bed covers, the bed covers was not close to the picture they advertised on their website. I decided to sent it back to them I was charged £3.20, when they have received the parcel again they charged me £2.95 this is a real scam.

Having previously purchased from Linens Ltd I had no worries in purchasing a further item-a platform valance. When the item arrived it was a bit of a mystery as it said ‘flat sheet’ on the front of the packet and ‘fitted sheet’ on the back. I emailed the company and I couldn’t believe that they were only interested in getting their wrongly sent item back and totally disinterested in getting me the correct item. It took no less than 7 emails from myself to the company before sorting this out and a whole 3 weeks before I received the correct goods. Strangely, they arranged for the wrong item to be collected the very next day. I have found the matching items to my purchase from another company and after this experience I won’t be using Linens Direct again.

If I bought anything from linens limited, it must be so long ago that I don't remember. This makes me feel very negative towards the company!

The delivery was very disappointing, not all the order came in one delivery. Not knowing how many cushion pads arrived in the 1st batch we had to count the pads. There was no communication between Linens, the courier company leaving me not knowing how many will turn up and when. Delivery was late and this would be a worry if the pads was needed for a urgent order. This now has happened on a few occasions.

I am sick of ordering from you and you sending me the wrong quilts, I understand once or twice a mistake but the last few orders you have done this and I am still waiting on my quilts to be delivered. Also had an argument with the delivery driver as you sent the wrong ones in 2 parcels, so I sent it back and the delivery driver refused to take it like that and had to tape the two parcels together .

This must be run by opportunist people with no knowledge or experience of quality linens. A most infuriating and costly mistake to try to save a few pounds here. You might see words like 'Fine Egyptian cotton' and 400 thread count but beware, it's very poor quality and you'd be much better off buying easycare percale/cotton as cheap as you like. We orderred several items and washed them as usual for new items, put them on the bed and after an hour trying to sleep we had to strip the bed. The only useable item was the mattress protector as it doesn't touch the skin, the 400 count egyptian cotton fitted sheets are rough with a sandy texture, you might be able to tolerate it if wearing full night clothes, but the Oxford pilow cases, 400 count, utter rubbish and not even suitable to use as a liner. Like sleeping on emery paper, crunchy rough feel. Complained the next day but told nothing can be done, carried on complaining and told to write in on paper, then complained again, was told to write in again and something would be done, repeated myself and then told that my feedback would be passed on, but no return, no refund, no exchange, no discount. AVOID!

I placed my order in the morning on Thursday 10th December for next day delivery. I didn’t receive a dispatch email so I called customer services Friday morning to be told that my order DIDN’T EXIST! Yet linens limited have taken my money via PayPal and I had the invoice sitting right in front of me. I was promised a refund, still not received it despite numerous phone calls and emails. They don’t seem to understand people don’t have the money to place ANOTHER order in time for Christmas unless I receive the refund. My first time using this website and what a huge mistake that was. I can’t believe how unprofessional it is.

Pathetic service ! Lies and more lies! Some of the Goods out of stock at 11 th hour ! Goods not dispatched since order on the 5 the November 2020 , its 29/11/2020 today !! Numerous emails and phone calls , each time an item is out of stock , when actually with the previous call the goods were meant to be dispatched ? So are they dispatched or not is the question ? Ryan Kelly refused to give discount as gesture of good will just because the voucher was not used at time of order , even though the Linens Ltd has taken my money and failed to supply the goods ! So will I get the order ? Or is this how they swindle money out of customers ? Is this a legitimate company ? Liars ! Diobolical service ! Will never order from them again ! Will I get my money back ? This is the first and last time I use them.

Stay away! I tried purchasing 2 rugs totalling £500, after discount, but their system said no, I can't use my Mastercard. My CC Co says there is no problem with the transaction going through. They wanted me to direct transfer or PayPal the amount, neither of which offer the same level of protection or guarantees like a CC does. DT can potentially be used to launder money or hide cash from the taxman. So, stay well away from them, your money won't be good enough for them unless its CASH!!!
