POOR SERVICE Still no goods after 2 weeks of waiting Endless emails phone calls nothing DON'T NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT LIES AND WANT TO LOSE MONEY ALSO THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON YOU

Dreadful service & experience. Wish I’d gone into the detail of reviews before ordering & not just looked at top line! Have exactly same issues as many other dissatisfied reviewers on different review platforms. My experience is this 1/ haven’t received clear communication about orders or dispatch. Received a courier notification on Sunday 6th Sept. They still haven’t received the parcel from Linens Ltd. 9 days later. Received a tracking number & courier link yesterday. No tracking available. 2/ I queried expected dispatch last Friday & was told they’d get back to me. They didn’t. 3/ I haven’t received goods within timescale the company advised. 4/ I exercised my right to cancel following their cancellation policy prior to dispatch. They have refused. 5/ I told them not to send the order at all now as I wont be home to receive deliveries between 16th & 28th September. They are insisting it will be sent. They’ve told me to refuse delivery, send back & then they’ll refund it. Not the easiest way to deal with! Ive tried to explain that I will not accept responsibility for a delivery that I won’t be here to accept when I’ve tried to cancel the order for this reason. 6/ I have reported the issues to trading standards & asked my card issuer to start proceeds for a chargeback. Worst customer service ever.

Avoid! Only delivered half my order. They don’t reply to you. Would advise not to order from them. Going to claim my money back through chargeback

Don't know how this company has a good rating. It shouldn't. Can't speak to someone about my order, which I am still awaiting, and no response to emails. Terrible customer service

Obviously it’s not just me whose had problems with this company!!! Paid for goods but not received....send email complaining and miraculously it’s been dispatched today after 3rd email!!! Further wait for delivery which will be God knows when! Hermes not even received goods yet! My advice...go elsewhere. Don’t call them, they don’t a answer! Don’t email them they don’t answer!!! Don’t order!!!! You might receive this year if at all!!!!

I purchased from linens as there delivery was 3 to 5 days well after a week I emailed them, To be told they had been sent this was a complete lie they sent them when I complained. shocking to lie to your customers and use this current situation as a excuse. I would avoid!!

Dreadful product. Feathers everywhere and infected ankle from a quill that poked through cover during the night and rolled my skin to bits and causing infected foot. Who do i send official complaint to. You have 7 days to reply

I purchased a feather duvet and I’m constantly hoovering up feathers, obviously there’s a problem with the material as it cannot contain the contents sufficiently.

Placed an order on 3rd Nov. Told on the 9th it had been dispatched and received a tracking number. This number never updated. Called on numerous occasions to be told I had to be patient and wait. I waited til the 11th where I called again..I was told again to be patient. Then I received an email from LL stating they had been lost with the courier. I was told they would send me 2 more on the 14th on next day delivery and i didn't receive again. I called at 4pm to be told they had been sent yesterday but I had to wait for the tracking to update. I asked for the new tracking number and they had the cheek to give me the tracking number from my apparent "missing" first order. When I confronted him on this he told me he wasnt arguing with me all day. He told me they could use the same tracking twice regardless of that parcel being lost. Now I have to wait til monday again before I can speak to someone else. Absolutely disgusting. This order was bought with money from my mum who passed away..she gave me money as she know she wouldn't be here for my birthday. Will never use again

Just wish I checked here first. Someone with the same issue. I bought something and 10days later the courier still has not received the package. They blame everyone but themself. First Christmas post, then courier lost it and now their warehouse just sent it out.

I ordered an item and been chasing them for nearly two weeks, people were meant to get back to me and didn't, blaming the courier. At the end of the day they have took my money, if its an issue with the courier that's not my fault, they need to resend or refund! Shame really as the website looks really good, and the prices look great :o(

The picture of the rug is nothing like what I received. The pattern is far from accurate and is of very poor quality (I have attached a picture of the actual item) I had to Return the rug at my own cost which was expensive. After requesting a refund countless times via email & numerous conversations with staff, I came to the conclusion I was being ignored. Over 2 weeks I have waited for a refund with no success. Amazon then intervened and refunded the amount owed. An Appalling service from a limited company, I can only advise to stay clear and avoid the stress and disappointment like I experienced.

I made two separate orders to Linens Ltd (the 15th and 19th of July 2019),both orders had to be repeatedly chased up.When they eventually turned up both orders contained pillow cases featuring a design other to that I had chosen-the quality of these particular items is poor.;neither of the orders was well packed.It would seem my experience is common place amongst Linen Ltd's customers.

having used them twice before i went back again..... I placed an order for next day delivery then got an email later asking for another £15! apparently as its a bulky item (40 cushion pads) it costs more... thats fine but dont then charge £4.95 at the check out and then ask for more later! now its too late to order for next day from someone else and they have my money in the bank until the refund clears. REALLY BAD AVOID postage should be clear and put on when ordering! who asks for more after? this company!

I placed an order with LL, and it has turned into a nightmare - really a nightmare. 6 Goose Feather and down Pillows, and a Super King Duvet with Goose feather and down. We spend half of our life picking up feathers, in fact I wish I had a cat as it would keep the cat occupied all day. The feathers are nothing like Goose feathers and down that I have had before. The pockets on the duvet, are only half full - no matter how much we shake and air it, we can not make it gain volume. At the present rate of feather loss, I will need to replace it by December 2019, we only bought it December last year. These feathers are so sharp, it's like having a blanket of needles and pins covering you, even through a substantial duvet fabric. Please do not use this company, they said that I was out of time when I told them about feather loss. They don't keep to timescale with delivery. They virtually accused me of theft from the parcel as a Super King Sheet was missing, this never did turn up, but I did manage to get my money back for that. I ended up ordering the sheet from another company via Amazon - this arrived next day. Customer Service - 0 Delivery - 0 Returns/Refunds - 0 The only time the woke up and smelt the coffee was when I told them my Husband was going to Trading Standards with the Quilt, as we do not believe they are Goose/down feathers.

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered sheets and paid for next day delivery because I needed them urgently. They arrived 8 days later. I know it’s the courier’s fault but LL made no attempt to compensate for them being so late. Even suggested sending them back at my own expense. I never complain... but the way they handled it was a joke. Didn’t care about their customer whatsoever.

SHOCKING QUALITY. I ORDERED DUVETS AND THE FEATHERS CONSTANTLY COME OUT ALL OVER THE FLOOR. WHEN I COMPLAINED, THEY SAID TOO BAD AS IT IS MORE THAN 30 DAYS!!! I DIDN'T USE IT IMMEDIATELY AND WHEN I DID CONTACT THEM ORIGINALLY, THEY SAID THAT IS NOT FAULTY - IT ALWAYS DOES THAT AT THE BEGINNING. WELL, I WAITED TILL IT IS NOT THE BEGINNING AND THEY SAID TOO LATE!!!! DODGY COMPANY!!!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Completely disgraceful company. Made my order on 13th December today is 08th February so I am nearly waiting two months for two pillows which were in stock when I have ordered them. Contacted them multiple times always been told it is going to arrive within a week. Just asked them to send money back because can't be asked to discuss anything else with them as they absolutely incompetent.
