“My experience with Lion.ie was excellent. Although I initially encountered some issues and poor communication with the first person I dealt with, who unfortunately had limited availability, everything turned around when Kathleen took over. She proved to be extremely helpful and responsive, addressing all our queries and ensuring that the application process was clear and easy for us as first-time buyers. Kathleen's professionalism and friendliness were remarkable. Her expertise and dedication made a significant difference in our experience, and I cannot recommend her enough. She went above and beyond to assist us, and her friendly demeanor made the entire process much more enjoyable. I am grateful for Kathleen's outstanding support and the exceptional service we received from Lion Insurance Brokerage. They truly made a difference in our journey as first-time home buyers. “Amazing service, we always got a reply on the same day that we made a question. We were in touch first with Nick and then with Kathleen. They were always super professional and kind. We made a lot of questions and they were very patient and clear explaining everything. It was fantastic having them as brokers. I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable service.”

“Really appreciated the help from the team in Lion. I was trying to get mortgage protection with some minor health issues, and thankfully they had a great few articles on the issue, and underwriters to help clarify things anonymously was huge bonus in trying to iron out things ahead of an already stressful situation trying to buy a house. Can't recommend them enough!”

“As a repeat customer with Lion, I find that the service provided by Nick and team is nothing short of remarkable and really takes the stress out of obtaining mortgage protection cover (which it seems can be difficult in Ireland in comparison to other countries). Nick was able to give a good indication of our chances of obtaining mortgage protection cover upfront before the application to underwriting. Once the paperwork was sorted for the application the process was very straightforward and quick and there was great communication from Kathleen et al. Could not recommend enough.”

“Great and efficient service, Hannah was looking after my mortgage protection and the turnaround was very quick. My insurance has been activated the next day after I requested. The phone line are always available and all team members are willing to help with any query! Highly recommend it to everyone!”

“Despite I didn't believe in agents, I tried lione.ie and I should say I had an excellent experience with them. Khatleen and Hannah have been very helpful and went above and beyond to get me a hassle free, quick, and right-priced mortgage protection. Nick's daily emails shed light on various insurance options and were useful in making informed decisions. I highly recommend them.”

“I find Lion.ie to be the best resource for information on income protection, life insurance and mortgage protection. The 'Get My Quote' function is really helpful for comparing prices. Nick replied to queries swiftly and provided great advice, same for Kathleen and she made the process very easy. Best service and easiest process of any broker I know.”

“Hannah has been truly superb from start to finish, so much so, I took out three policies in total. Hannah is extremely efficient in all matters from quote to medical queries to receiving your policy documents. It’s unusual to find a company that actully cares about you and keeps it personal. 10/10 for me.”
