“We're first time buyers and our application ended up being more complicated than expected. John was able to assist us and made this process smooth, explaining each step carefully and was very responsive over phone or email. He ensured that we got things done the correct way so that we got the most suitable level of life cover as early as possible since we were under a bit of pressure. The website is an invaluable resource for learning more about mortgage protection, thanks Lion.ie for all the support.”

“This is my second time using lion.ie and another fantastic experience. I dealt with Hannah the first time and Richie this time. Unlike other companies, you're chatting with someone who isn't just speaking from a script and really knows their stuff. They take all the stress out of the process to get you the best cover and dont pressure you into other products. I won't use anyone else going forward!”

“I cannot thank Richie enough for the work that he put into helping us secure life insurance for our new home. Having left it very last minute to purchase we naively thought we would pop online buy a policy and upload it for the mortgage. What we didn’t realise was that there is a flag point based on age and amount of cover required at which point underwriting will require a nurse visit. We had no issue with a medical visit however time was of the essence as we were due to complete on our purchase the following week. Having done some online research I came across the Lion website which had a wealth of information and reviews from people who had been in a similar situation. I called Lion the next morning and spoke to Richie. Richie promised me he would do his absolute best to help and he did that and more. He was hopeful of getting documents in place by the end of that week but in the end they were delivered to us before then on Thursday morning. We are now in a position to move forward as planned. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lion to anyone considering insurance these guys are absolute experts in their field and they will go way above your expectations to help you.”
