“Lion.ie - Hannah -was great with communication. They reached out by email, respected our request to handle everything by email rather than by telephone, were prompt with documents and responses and sent gentle reminders when we went a day or two without returning documents. “I have Type 2 diabetes and found it difficult to get mortgage protection cover. I did a quick google search and found a blog that Nick had done on the same issue. From my initial contact with Nick and Hannah they were excellent and supportive of the application. They kept me informed every step of the way which was really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, expertise and courtesy (even replying to my emails late in the evening). They will now be my sole point of contact for any future business I have going forward.”

“Excellent customer service and great advice. Both Hannah and Nick made it very easy to take out multiple policies and I am now fully covered! Excellent advice was also given and the guys gave me very good recommendations. Very quick to respond also. Overall a brilliant service and I will recommend them to friends.”
