“The way in which they communicated was great they kept us up to date and gave us time lines in which to expect responses which was great. The tools they use are simple to use but also very convenient and online (no need to print, sign and scan back). Most importantly they found us a great price which we were not able to find ourselves.”

“I learnt a lot about life insurance with Lion. In this way I could choose the right insurance for my family. Weekly posts were informative and funny, something needed with this staff. I had to clarify a few bits regarding one of the posts in order to chose the right conditions in the insurance, but Lion was ready to help all the time.”

“Hannah and Nick are saints!! I pretty much plagued them with questions at all times of the day and night and they put up with me and sorted me out with my mortgage protection for my boyfriend and I. Thanks so much for everything and LOVE the electronic signing of documents, great feature! Great customer service and solid advice too. I have already recommended to my friends. Thanks again :)”

“Excellent service from beginning to end! We were a little hesitant dealing with a life insurance broker purely online but after the first email we knew we had the right insurance broker. Nick answered every question we had and the information he sent in the emails was so thorough and explained everything in simple terms that we knew he was guiding us in the right direction and helping us make the right choice for our family. The online forms were easy to fill out and communication with Nick and Hannah was quick and straightforward, yet personal. It felt like we were getting advice from a friend. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for life insurance! They made what we thought was going to be a confusing and daunting process, very easy and straightforward. One of the best experiences I have had with a company!”

“Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with any company. From start to finish it was a very easy process. I found Lion via a google search and signed up for the weekly email updates. This were humorous yet very informative. Through reading the short blogs I was easily able see what products I needed and how much they would be. I had a few questions so filled in the questionaire and Nick came back to me immediately with everything I needed. We had an issue with requiring a medical however Hannah explained each step and what needed to be done. We didn't really need to do much! After this was completed (and no extra charge thanks to the Lion Team) we then had a delay on purchasing our property. We kept eachother up to date each week and just last week Hannah was finally able submit our application which was easily done. The process was so easy I even forget that I had filled out half the paperwork - I asked Hannah when I need to fill them out which she advised I had already done. We got a great deal which was the best on the market and a lot less than we hoped for even though we are two smokers. We have recommend them to two friends in the last weeks who are equally as impressed with the service. The icing on the cake was when the paper work arrived with a hand written Thank You note from Hannah and some small gifts! This the type of personal touch that means we will stay customers for Life. I'll keep an eye on whatever products/services you offer in future as I am confident you will be best in class in whatever you offer. Thanks again for everything! Evan & Kerri”

“Lion made the impossible possible :) I was recently diagnosed with MS(shock, horror, what am I Gonna do???) and after one company refused me mortgage protection insurance I thought "that's it, I'm never going to buy a house." After a lot of Googling and coming across not the most positive forum discussions and blogs, I found the lion website. From the moment I reached out to them I had hope they will do whatever they can to help me. And guess what? They did! The quickest turnaround I ever dealt with as well and I now have mortgage protection insurance :) would highly recommend to anyone.”
