“I've dealt Lion for many years, now, either by phone or directly from your premises in Birmingham. This was the first time that I've made an online purchase, and found the process very straightforward and efficient. The product was delivered promptly and in good condition. I did have a problem with the order, but this was entirely my own fault. I have been making regular purchases of WhiteCore Mountboard from Arqadia 'Alpine White' and foolishly assumed that your Daler product would be similar in colour. Lesson learnt: Get a sample chart before wasting any more money.. Tell Hicks”

“Lion PFS has the largest range of picture framing supplies. The catalogue is clear and informative, making orders very easy to collate. There is a very intuitive website too. My only criticism is that sometimes when I need advice on product it is not always given - but this is to be expected with any company stocking such an extensive range of products.”

“I have just started a Company this month and Lion have such a range of stock that they should be able to cover all my framing requirements, plus the option of a next day delivery is very useful. The rating would have been a maximum, but two of the larger items on my first order arrived damaged. However this was satisfactorily resolved on my next visit.”

“I have found Lion to be very accommodating whilst I have been building my framing business. The Materials and Mouldings catalogues are wonderfully presented and contain excellent advice. I particularly appreciate the ability to obtain moulding chevrons to show to my customers. Indeed, the frames on offer have proved more popular than those of their competitors and I am pleased that Lion are there for my framing needs. Good job!”

“I am very pleased with products I ordered from Lion PFs. They are of a very high quality and standard of design.I needed them quickly and received them on time. Unfortunately, through a fault of my own, I did not use them but look forward to using them for another time. I would have liked more instructions on how to used the product either with the products or when ordering online.”

“Alan is great on the trade counter aswell as tony and trace taking the orders over the phone..really nice people .... iv delt with lions for about 20 years or so...BUT dont loose us small companys who backed you all those years ago.. ... i do alot of work for other framers and there slowly moving away from you to centrado... lion grows and your price goes up... not good.. shame the van also dont come our way but brum only tut tut... im not to far from you either I think lion is good but alittle fine tuning wouldnt go amiss call me if u want to discuss it more nicola - just being honest regards jason ( elegant frames)”

“I order by phone and personally collect. This works well although I miss not being able to browse the racks. I am a small customer but it annoys me when you discontinue mouldings that my customers like and you do not replace with like items. Minerva slips and numerous gold and silver mouldings come to mind.”
