“I bought this coat for my grandson and being a big fan of wolfskin gear I knew it would be good. I was very happy with the quick service and dispatch time. Finley loves his coat so thank you.”

Hi, We're really sorry your parcel hasn't arrived with you yet. We're still seeing delays from the Royal Mail strike, especially with the parcels that were sent out on the same day as yours. That batch of parcels have started to arrive over the last couple of days. In hindsight we underestimated the effect the Royal Mail strike was going to have on delivery times, we'll be more prepared for the next strike! We've tracked your parcel and it is still showing as in the Royal Mail system, from what we are seeing with other parcels I expect it will be delivered today or tomorrow, we will keep an eye on the tracking.
