Hi, thanks for your review. I hope you're pleased with the waterproofs and that you get a lot of use out of them. The Waterman sets are really good quality waterproofs, they aren't cheap but they are very durable and are properly waterproof and ideal for school use.

“This hat is perfect, really well made, good quality. I'm so pleased with it and would highly recommend to others. I wish there were other colours as I would purchase another in a different colour. My grandon loves it to. Arrived well on time and even had a hand written signature on information enclosed. A really nice personal touch.”

Hi, I'm really sorry that the cap you ordered from us has taken so long to arrive. We sent it to you on the 4th August with Royal Mail 48 and I've just checked our tracking and it looks like it was delivered on 13th Aug (ironically just after you left this review!). The parcel must have been held up somewhere in the Royal Mail system as it should have been delivered around 6th August. Apologies again for the delay, the vast majority of the parcels we send with Royal Mail arrive in good time but very occasionally there is a delay.
