“I part ordered the incubator then realised my card had fallen out in the car. As you left the part order open, I did indeed continue with the order which arrived safely and very quickly. I like the incubator and found it easy to set up (I've set up many which helped). I'll see how it hatches but the disappointing thing is that my White Leghorn eggs did not fit into the holders due to their size. Yet the machine is said to take hens eggs - and they are hens ! I see that there are large size holders but I did not expect to order these for my hens eggs. I think buyers should be warned that it will take only what I consider to be medium sized eggs and I think the manufacturers should be made aware too and it should be made clearer in any literature/specifications. Luckily, I had smaller eggs from another breed which are now in situ. I have ordered the larger trays from another supplier now along with a brooder. I have downgraded my score to good rather than very good for the reasons stated.”
