“i understand that things at the this time is very difficult and little fields explained that and i was willing to wait as they were i felt not like a lot of other companies putting up prices. i was very pleased with the service and value for money and have placed a second order.”

“one of the best things about being confined to home means that you get to explore places you might not have done! Looking for garden equipment I found Little Fields Farm and they were able to supply what I was looking for! Job well done and maybe the beginning of an ongoing friendship!”

“I was able to speak to a person on the phone which was not possible at a later date and heard straight away that what I wanted was available . It too k quite a long time for the order to go out , but this was due to circumstances that could to be controlled . I had an email about this . When there was no delivery I was able to get info. in a day or 2 that there was a problem with Parcel force driver not using the correct procedure , they contacted me and I learned that my parcel was at the local post office. I had to provide ID but then received it.”

“Understandable delay with the order due to current situation but LFF had the product no one else did. Was made aware of delivery situation and timings so I was happy that my order was dealt with as efficiently as possible given the circumstances at the moment.”

“It was my first order and placed just after the start of the COVID-19 lockdown, so, bad timing. I emailed I think after 2 weeks about the order and got no reply. I emailed again around the 4 week period stating I needed to know asap as my plants needed new larger pots and they responded quickly. Due to part of the order being unavailable we agreed that't I'd receive the items they could provide and refund me the rest. This was all done promptly and I was able to obtain the other items locally. They stayed open and seemed very busy and although communication could have been better I think they deserve a thumbs up as does any business trying during these time. So thanks and yes I would be more than happy to purchase again”

“Bit of a life saver - it’s so difficult to find dark green pillar candles with a good burn time and these ones do the job! (Not green inside but a lot of candles aren’t) The price is great at just £2 odd a candle but the postage price is offputting so I recommend trying to buy a bit more in bulk to any customers as I made the silly mistake of just getting one last time so got five this time :) Hopefully they can reduce the free shipping price down from £60. Delivery is slowish, however in these circumstances I can understand. Overall they’ve got a customer for life especially if they consider my comments!”
