“Delivery was as promised. The reason that I have not given 5 stars is that the order included a packet of 10 nuts and bolts, but it only contained 9 bolts. This was immediately spotted by me before opening the packet, but it was not worth returning.”

“Great range, good prices & generally a good shopping experience. It took over a week for the order to be dispatched but given everything going on that's not unusual. “Everything I needed was in stock and arrived promptly in a secure parcel. The only problem was that the parcel could have done with a bit more internal packaging because it had obviously been thrown about by the carrier and a pack of bone meal had split. No big problem and I was able to retrieve it but perhaps a word with the carrier ?”

“The bamboo pots look interesting. I like the heavy weight of them and the fact they are compostable. There was a chip out of the edge of one pot but it is still usable.”

“To be fair, I only ordered 3 trays to stand the pots in my greenhouse. However, they arrived as advised, well wrapped, and are doing exactly what I wanted of them. So good product, good service.”
