“Customer service were great at getting back to me regarding my order, goods delivered in a good timeframe, minus a star as I would've liked to have been notified that one of the items I ordered wasn't in stock therefore delaying delivery slightly.”

“Thanks for the chance to review this. My product of Nikwax water based boot and shie spray is always great. Little Fields Farm had the best price at the time I searched Very good service thank you. One star is missing because of the packaging! Cardboard recyclable box was perfect, but there was no need for the heavy duty plastic bag also!”

“Was kept informed once goods were despatched. Slightly surprised it took 6 days to get parcel 12 miles - but probably delay due to lackm of staff topick & pack! Only realiased how close LFF was after placing ortder - same area phone code. Maybe could have coillected? Packaging suitable & not overbig; recycle.”

“Disappointed that the sprayer was described as 5 litre capacity when the useable volume is 3.5 litres. Not what I wanted so had to send it back. Postage both ways was almost as much as the sprayer. Bad mistake - by me...”

“I was pleased with the speed of the delivery and fairly pleased with the items I had ordered, although a little confused. The watering can roses were advertised as "fine" (which I wanted) but this turned out to be the make "Fine as rain". The cards they were attached to were labelled as "coarse", but I am sure that the roses themselves were not coarse. I am not sure that the sellers had checked that the product matched the advertisement.”
