“Little fields were great I bought 2 x chicken pecking blocks which are great for amusing the chickens but they are extremely expensive for what they are. Next time I'll make my own.”

“We're slow on dispatching, didn't dispatch until I rung up and complained but came the day after so I would buy from them again as I believe it was just an order that slipped through the system.”

“It was unfortunate that I ordered 2 Jute vegetable bags but they were only able to send one due to problems with stock at their suppliers. I was however disappointed to have to pay the same postage for one as it was for two, surely it should have been cheaper? I am however very pleased with the product and would look to order from them again.”

“I was disappointed that the Royal Mail website was not functioning so I could not find delivery details. However having contacted you I was delighted to receive an immediate reply with the details and apology. Can' comment on product as it is a present but it looks OK.”

“I thought it would be all in one not fir me to fix together, but I also ordered the wrong one to start 😕, I am just waiting for my little birds to come now . It came quickly and stuck well to my window.”

“I am so pleased to have discovered your service. You have a great range of goods and the quality is fantastic. I love the fact that you send me an email to let me know when stock comes in. I’m often willing to wait because the price was always very good. This time the postage and handling was much more than I expected and although I bought the item because I couldn’t get it anywhere else I was disappointed that the total cost was much more than I really wanted to pay. Please do whatever you can to keep your prices down because lower costs and quality service is what tips the balance for me when I’m purchasing online.”
