“Although your service was good I can’t say the same for the delivery and I would suggest you don’t use The Post Office for deliveries. I ordered the rug on 6th November with 48 hour postage and have received it today, 12 days later.”

“Very speedy service, and well-packed parcel. I did e-mail to cancel the order, having (after about six months!) found the items I had ordered, so there was no need to replace. No reply to the e-mail, and goods arrived - it doesn't matter, because another pudding basin or two is no problem, but a reply would have been good. Five stars otherwise.”

“Very good service, the only issue was with the pecking blocks, they are very fragile, 1 was great the other bashed and therefore lost broken, so not a good pecking block. May I suggest more packaging ? Otherwise perfect”
