“Ordered some Hydrangea Feed from Little Fields Farm. Took a little while longer than hoped for for the items to reach me however this was not due to Little Fields Farm. More a case of deliveries in general from many companies were being delayed as a result of the pandemic. Anyway, now having started to use the Hydrangea Feed a couple of days ago, I can already see small signs of my Hydrangeas starting to bloom, so I am hoping that this now continues.”

“Possibly keeps the wretched squirrels away from the bird feeder for a short time but like the sonic deterrents it doesn’t stop the squirrels from attacking the bird feeder!”

“The product I purchased is great. The only issue I had was that I ordered and paid on a Friday and a week later had had no despatch information so I e-mailed to urge. I then received the standard despatch e-mail but no individual response to my e- mail. The courier was great as it arrived within a couple of days of despatch. I know things go wrong but judge organisations on individual customer care responses when an issue has been raised.”

“I bought some plant bug spray Sunday 7/06, dispatched on Thur 11/06 and received on Sat 13/06. It came in a sealed plastic bag and the rest of the packaging was recycled cardboard (which I thought was good). To improve the score from an 8 to a 10, the delivery would need to be quicker as the bugs were eating my plants.”
